Lane & Edwards Violins, formerly known as Mark Edwards Violins has moved its storefront from 9706 Fairground Road, Fern Creek, Kentucky — the company's base of operations for the past 25 years — to 315 Wallace Ave., Louisville, Kentucky.

"Our move has put our legacy of excellence in easy reach to most of the musicians and musical venues in our area," said Matthew Lane, owner of Lane & Edwards. "We are now only a few blocks away from the rehearsal site of the Louisville Youth Orchestra, Louisville Philharmonia - The Musicians' Orchestra, many school programs and with much greater convenience to the local, private teaching community."

The full-service shop serves violin, viola, cello and string bass musicians.
